The Joint Venture was founded in 2021 with a vision to create awareness about savings and advantages of Solar Renewable Energy Plants for Businesses & Industries in North East region of India with the Expertise in Solar Generation Projects of SMART ROOF SOLAR PVT. LTD. based in Gurgaon, NCR and Networking & Industrial Experience of PSPL STEEL PROCESSORS PVT. LTD. based in Kolkata & Jamshedpur.

Combined, we have commissioned over 400 Projects totalling 100MW+ in the last 9 years, with PSPL Smart Roof Solar commissioning over 15 Projects totalling 10MW+ since it’s inception 3 years ago.
