OUR MISSION
The Joint Venture was founded in 2021 with a vision to create awareness about savings and advantages of Solar Renewable Energy Plants for Businesses & Industries in North East region of India with the Expertise in Solar Generation Projects of SMART ROOF SOLAR PVT. LTD. based in Gurgaon, NCR and Networking & Industrial Experience of PSPL STEEL PROCESSORS PVT. LTD. based in Kolkata & Jamshedpur.
Combined, we have commissioned over 400 Projects totalling 100MW+ in the last 9 years, with PSPL Smart Roof Solar commissioning over 15 Projects totalling 10MW+ since it's inception 4 years ago.

Vikas Singhal
A seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the Indian energy sector. Holding a B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering (1999) and an MBA from IIM Lucknow (2003), he has led multiple initiatives driving sustainable growth and innovation across the energy domain.
Shreyans Jain
Over 12 years of experience as CEO of a Japanese Joint Venture in sheet metal component manufacturing. Skilled in handling machinery purchases worth over ₹100 crore and executing shed projects exceeding 2 lakh sq. ft. Focused on investing in future technologies and driving the group’s growth and innovation.

A dynamic professional with over a decade of experience in Procurement and Operations, known for strong communication and team leadership skills. Currently heading the Solar Division in Kolkata, he holds a B.Com degree (2012) from Calcutta University and continues to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
Inderjeet Singh
With 11 years of experience in business development and execution of solar power systems, he brings strong technical and managerial expertise. A B.E./B.Tech graduate in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, he has been instrumental in driving large-scale solar projects and fostering sustainable growth.
